We had a fantastic stay at Apartamentos Fv Flats - San Felipe Neri. the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They provided us with useful information about the local area, including recommendations on where to eat, shop, and visit. the apartment itself was in a convenient location, with a supermarket and shops nearby. Getting around was easy, with affordable taxi rides to popular attractions like the old town and the City of Arts and Sciences. We loved the warm and cozy atmosphere of the flat, and appreciated the amenities like the washing machine, dishwasher, and kettle. One of our favorite things about the apartment was the Mercat d'Algirós, a local market nearby where we could buy fresh and local products. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair 😊.

The apartments are equipped with a cozy living room, complete with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. It felt like a home away from home.

While some may appreciate it, I found the combination of a bath and shower in the private bathroom to be less convenient.

I recently stayed at Apartamentos Fv Flats in a cute locals neighborhood with markets, restaurants, and a close metro stop. The host, Zak, was great, allowing us to check-in early and being very communicative. The apartment was clean, bright, and had a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, right next to the station and easy to reach from the airport. The spacious flat had everything we needed, including a supermarket right outside. The highlight for me was Mercat d'Algirós, where we found fresh and local products.

Fantastic location for all destinations - airport, old town, beach restaurants, shops. Market is in front of the apartment, and the shop is next door - richly stocked. Beds are very comfortable. Host responds quickly. I strongly recommend.

Although the family members had a late flight and asked for a two-hour late check-out, the owner didn't accept, despite already paying the full rent. This behavior shows a sense of selfishness.
